The successful applicant should have:
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and is able to build a natural rapport with clients easily
– Demonstrated experience in managing website development projects from start to finish including writing proposals, scoping, quoting, managing design and development, browser and device testing and ability to make user experience recommendations
– Confidence in managing and making updates to website CMS platforms, primarily WordPress
– Experience in managing and analysing SEM, Display, Remarketing, Facebook and YouTube campaigns including design and development management and output
– An ability to recommend optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance
– Google Analytics experience and understanding of reports and campaign tracking
– Experience working with media agencies to deliver quality outcomes for clients
– Confidence in working with designers and developers to produce a high quality product
– Collaborative work skills but also the ability to work independently on digital projects
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent time management
– A desire to stay up to date with the latest digital trends and techniques
– Experience in management of traditional media campaigns is desired but not required
– Experience in SEO strategy is an advantage but not essential
– Ability to produce quality work on time, on brief and on budget
– A desire to exceed client expectations
– Ability to educate and lead our team and clients using digital expertise and experience
– Willing to experiment and drive innovative projects with the use of new technology
